AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your sign-up date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. You will be notified of any pricing changes before your next billing cycle.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with a product, contact us at support@ardor.co within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be provided as store credit or a return to your original payment method. Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund or replacement depending on the circumstances. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept physical product returns. If your issue qualifies, we will resolve it via replacement or refund without requiring you to ship anything back. Do not send products to our fulfillment center — unsolicited returns cannot be processed and will not result in a refund.

Orders returned to our fulfillment center due to an incorrect shipping address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts are not eligible for a refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your address needs to be corrected after placing an order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before shipment.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ARDOR or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARDOR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
