How does the subscription work+
Choose a tier that fits your routine. We ship your curated products monthly, starting within 5-7 business days of your first order. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription+
Yes. Cancel anytime through your account portal. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
What is your return and refund policy+
We do not accept physical returns — no need to ship anything back. If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund. Orders returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address or failed delivery are not eligible for a refund.
How is billing handled+
We process payments securely through Stripe. Your card is charged monthly on the same date you initially subscribed. All billing is discreet with no identifying brand names on your statement.
Where do you ship+
We currently ship throughout the United States. All orders ship with free standard shipping. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long does shipping take+
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Is the packaging discreet+
Always. Your order arrives in a plain, unmarked box with no external branding. Your privacy matters to us.
Are your products tested on animals+
No. All products are cruelty-free and made in North America with high-quality ingredients.
Can I buy individual products without subscribing+
Yes. You can purchase any product individually through our shop. Subscription pricing offers the best value for a complete routine.
