SHIPPING
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all 50 United States. Free standard shipping is included on all orders and subscriptions. International shipping is not available at this time.
DISCREET PACKAGING
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no external branding or product references. The return label uses a generic business name. Your privacy is a priority, and we take every measure to ensure your order arrives discreetly.
SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING
Subscription orders ship automatically each month on your billing date. Your monthly box follows the same processing timeline and discreet packaging standards as all other orders. There is no additional shipping charge for subscription orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order, please contact us.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at support@ardor.co within 14 days. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, either by reshipping your order or issuing a refund.
INCORRECT ADDRESS & FAILED DELIVERY
Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders that are returned to our fulfillment center because the address was incorrect, the delivery was refused, or the carrier could not complete delivery are not eligible for a refund or reship. If you realize your address is wrong after ordering, contact us at support@ardor.co as soon as possible — we may be able to correct it before the order ships.
